My Mission Statement

To maintain "the Standard of Excellence"  through knowledge, diligence, integrity and results.  Judge me by my measureable differences.

Please call me Jim.

I started selling Real Estate in 1980.

My aim is to make your selling or buying process my NUMBER #1 priority. I don't think I should be number #1, you should be! And, to this end I will endeavour to do my best with integrity, proven experience, good listening skills and finally hardwork coupled with a sense of humour.

As we continue on...

I have been marketing high-end real estate from the city to the country, from condos to mansions, first time buyers to empty-nesters. At present I am in my 28th year of successfully marketing and selling residential real estate. I have a great deal of knowledge and experience as a result. When selling your home my objective "is to achieve the highest price in the most efficient amount of time". When purchasing your home, my objective is to assist you in finding the right home with careful guidance through the entire buying process.

Since 1980 I have been involved in residential real estate sales in Toronto and surrounding communities - cottages and country homes. My career involvement has included re-sale properties, restorations and renovations of fine homes.

My success has partially come from my ability to blend and utilize the experience and knowledge that I gained from taking the Christie's Fine and Decorative Arts Course while combining it with my sales expertise to achieve my desired objectives.

I have extensive experience working and dealing with Executives, by assisting them in making the right choice in their investment of high-end real estate. To do so, I rely upon my personal knowledge, strong negotiating and listening skills and intuition in determining the best course of action that is required to achieve the client’s goal. Furthermore, I am able to adapt my skills in order to make the client feel comfortable in any given situation.

I also enjoy working with first time buyers, from insuring they receive fine attention to detail, prompt service and access to competitive mortgage rates.

I am always appreciative of the people who choose to work with me and contribute to my success. And because of this, I am able to participate in various community projects which are so important to me.

I look forward to working with you.
